How to Submit Samples for CIPP-IDAA Service

Prepare samples as agreed with COBO Technologies (see sample requirements below).
Fill-out the Sample Submission Form below and Submit.
Within 24 hours you will receive approval for shipment. After approval, you can then ship your samples.
Before shipment, print out the Sample Submission Form and include this document in the shipment together with the samples.
Place your samples into tubes and pack in a suitable transport box so samples are protected during transport.
Use cool packs or cooling units if your samples should be stored below 5°C/40°F.

Mark shipment with:

Non Hazardous/Non Infectious Lab Reagents, Not from Human or Animal Origin, Not for Consumption, No MSDS required, For Research Use ONLY.

Sample Requirements:

Cell Pellets

Amount cells: 100.000-500.000
Tubes (optimal): 0.2 ml PCR tubes
Ship as compact cell pellets without trace amounts of cell media.
Shipment: Dry ice

gDNA

DNA Extraction Method: CoboXtract™or similar
Lysate Cell Density: 1,000-3,000 cells/ul
Volume to send: 10-40ul
Tubes (optimal): 8-tube PCR strips
Plates: 96 well micro titer plates with sealing
Shipment: Cooling blocks
Samples will be kept for 2 months after analysis

PCR
Quality testet by 3 % gel electrophoresis before sending the samples to COBO. Only single PCR product in gel before sending samples. Include gel-image in the Sample Submission Form. No need for purificcation of PCR sample.

Recommended PCR Master Mix optimised for InDel analysis applications.

FAM-labeled PCR products
PCR product concentration: 5-30 ng/ul (higher concentrations should be diluted accordingly)
PCR product size: 150-550 bp
Volume to send: 5-10ul
Tubes (optimal): 8-tube PCR strips
Plates: 96 well micro titer plates with sealing
Shipment: Room temperature
Samples will be kept for 1 month after analysis
