Will it be possible to detect large deletions using 2 gRNAs?

Yes - multiplexing i.e. by dual gRNA editing creating defined deletions can readily be analyzed by IDAA. In doing so targeted deletion up to >100bs can be detected. Likewise defined large donor integration/knock-in events can also be quantified by IDAA.
