What is the sensitivity of IDAA?

The sensitivity of IDAA has been “head-to-head” demonstrated against NGS and shown to enable similar InDel detection sensitivity as NGS down to 0.1% in pools and clones. With regard to the required number of cells needed for IDAA InDel profiling, use of the recommended standard tri-primer PCR settings enables detection of InDels in down to 10 cells.
