How to check quality of IDAA tri-primer PCR?

Like any other analytical method, high quality data and results normally obtained by IDAA depend on highest possible quality of the tri-primer amplicons analyzed. Therefore we recommend that any new IDAA tri-primer assay design be analysed by agarose gel electrophoretic analysis, or similar, for predominant single and desired product generation and yield. In rare cases and dependent on the experimental template target, PCR reaction optimisation may be required for optimal amplicon generation.
