How much of the IDAA tri-primer PCR sample do I need to ship to COBO?

We recommend that tri-primer amplification is done in a 25ul volume and that 1-2ul of this is checked by agarose gele electrophoresis alongside with loading of an appropriate and quantified DNA-marker ladder. This is needed for product quality and quantity assurance. Hereafter, we only need you to ship 10ul of the remaining PCR reaction for analysis.
