FAQ - CRISPR InDel Profiling Platform (CIPP)
Can I detect InDels in pools?
Yes - cell pools representing a variety of InDels can easily be detected with sensitivities down to 0.1%. Importantly, no prior knowledge of the nature of InDels induced by CRISPR-Cas9 is necessary. Thus IDAA enables unbiased profiling of InDel outcomes induced by CRISPR-Cas9. Futhermore, IDAA enables profiling of genome editing outcomes in tissue, embryos and whole organisms. |
