The RAW 264.7 PIPPR Signature Library is created using PIPPR - Proteome Expression analysis Platform (powered by MS-SWATH). Go into the details of the proteome expression in your next CRISPR experiment.

PIPPR Signature Libraries are developed to support the CRISPR scientists with detailed proteome expression information of cell lines normally used in genome editing applications.

The RAW 264.7 PIPPR Signature Library is now available including more than 6000 proteins and detailed pathway information.
